Come along for a 'Mindful Morning'

The airwaves are humming with controversy:
"Will we get a 'Great British Holiday' this summer?
Sane heads insist that we can say what we like,
but what eventually happens will depend on the virus.

What there's no reason to doubt is the effect of Mindfulness and meditation.
Mindfulness reduces stress, anxiety, and feelings of overwhelm.
It won't give you a tan or get that blockbuster read
but even a few minutes will leave you feeling calmer, refreshed and spacious. 
So if it's a while since you tried Mindfulness, come and join us on Saturday morning.
You won't regret it.
And if you're a regular, well, we'll see you there!

Two hours of lightly guided mindfulness practices by Zoom.
