and one-to-one sessions in Mindfulness

Join us for a Mindful Morning
These morning sessions  of lightly guided Mindfulness practice are open to
anyone who has some experience of Mindfulness - or who would like a taste.
They're a great way to take your practice deeper - or to reconnect if you've lost the thread.
